This 12 Pin UART connection allows this product to be a plug and play module. Unlike surface mount modules which will be soldered to the PCB this 12 pin configuration will allow the customer to upgrade their equipment to Bluetooth SPP RS232 configuration far easier than re-designing their PCB. It also means the customer can build one board and retro fit the Bluetooth module. Allowing to upgrade as an easy option.

• Bluetooth SMD Class 1 module with UART connection and on board antenna.
• Bandwidth up to 3Mbps using CSR Bluecore 4 (BC04) with Bluetooth+EDR.
• USB, UART and PCM interface with wide range of Bluetooth Profiles
