NEW PRODUCT PRESS RELEASE
Pittsford, NY.
DFI Industrial Motherboards are a new range of ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ATX
form-factor boards, ideal for dedicated application PCs, network appliances,
control and test systems that must have longevity. Commercial motherboards
typically have a very short life-cycle, often as little as six months, during
which time there may be many revisions. This is unacceptable for industrial or
medical applications, where repeatability and validation testing prohibit the
high cost of design changes.
DFI Motherboards provide long life cycles,
with a commitment to complete revision control. Before any change can occur, the
customer’s approval must be sought in advance.
One example from the range is G4H875-N Pentium 4 industrial ATX motherboard.
