The Rigol DG2102 Two Channel 16-bit 100MHz Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator utilizes Rigol proprietary unique SiFi II (Signal Fidelity II) technology to create the arbitrary waveforms “point-by-point”, offering jitter as low as 200 ps for all the output waveforms (including Sine, Pulse, etc.). With helpful function buttons, a 4.3'' TFT color touch screen for display and control, rack-mount capability, and network connectivity, these significant features add to the same core functional capabilities as the DG900 with a more traditional user control system in a rugged industrial package.
Sampling at 250MSa/s and with 16 Mpts of memory depth per channel for long, complex arbitrary waveforms, the DG2102 is the equivalent of two independent signal sources with high frequency stability (±1 ppm) and low phase noise (-105 dBc/Hz). It features a built-in high-order harmonic generator (at most 8-order harmonics) and a 7 digit, 240 MHz bandwidth full-featured frequency counter. The 160 built-in arbitrary waveforms include Sinc, Exponential Rise, Exponential Fall, ECG, Gauss, HaverSine, Lorentz, etc. and many other common signals needed in engineering applications, medical electronics, auto electronics, math processing, and other fields. Various analog and digital modulation functions are available, including: AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, and PWM.
Standard interfaces include USB Host&Device and LAN (LXI Core 2011 Device) with USB-GPIB function available.
