SmartLock detects that a device is charging before enabling a user to secure the door, minimizing lost keys and maximizing customer experience. The user can retrieve their device at any time using their key, regardless of a power-cut or system malfunction. The sturdy aluminum ChargeBox FAST3 is easy to install, just requiring a 110V socket within three feet of the unit. It uses the latest USB 3.1 power delivery scheme with up to 3A power at 5V, 9V, 15V and 20V supporting up to 60W per cable and 12 USB 3.1 PD ultra-robust cables for Apple Lightning and USB-C.
