The DP822 and DP822A are programmable, remote sense 180W high current dual channel power supplies with two ranges that can deliver either 20V @ 5A or 5V @ 16A . They offer low ripple, and high precision for a wide range of applications, with the DP822 programmable to 10mV and the DP822A to 1mV. The ripple noise and pure output of the DP822 and DP822A is less than 350μVrms/2mVpp (3mVpp), which satisfies the rigorous criteria for low noise requirements. The transient reaction time is less than 50μs for the output voltage to recover to withing 15mV following a full-load/half-load change in current. This makes it ideal for applications requiring fast-changing voltage waveforms.
The Timer list capability allowing these supplies to output preset voltage and current (up to 2048 groups). The Timer\'s number of output groups, as well as the output voltage, current, and timing duration for each group, can all be customized by the user. The LAN, USB Device, and RS232 hardware interfaces on the DP822A linear DC power supplies (USB-GPIB optional) make each device more able to communicate with your chosen hardware system.
The high-resolution setting, trigger, monitor, analyzer as well as the RS232 and LAN communication functions are all included in the DP822A. DP822 models can be upgraded later with different functionalities like Ethernet and RS232 interface, a digital I/O interface for triggering, a monitoring and analysis application, and high resolution capabilities.
