Saelig Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to most countries around the world with the exception of Russia or those countries prohibited by US export regulations. Please contact a Saelig representative to confirm your specific country.
What is your return/exchange policy for international orders? International returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance.
Do I get notification of my online order placement? Yes, for online orders you should receive an electronic order acknowledgement sent to the email address you provided on your order/account.
Do I receive a tracking number for my order? Yes, once the product has shipped you should receive an email directly from the courier (UPS or FedEx) with tracking information that will be traceable once the package has been picked up, typically after 5:30PM EST.
Can I ship using my Fedex/UPS account number? Yes, please provide your shipping account number in the comments field and be sure to specify the specific service requested. The invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly at time of shipment.
Can I add a PO number to the order? Yes, please provide your PO number in the comments field and request that it be reflected on your invoice.
How can I receive an educational discount? Educational discounts are available on many but not all product lines. If your purchase is dependent upon such a discount, please contact a Saelig Sales Associate prior to your purchase. Otherwise, request it in the comment field and we will apply the discount if one is available. You must be either a student or an authorized agent of a recognized educational institution to be eligible. We typically require use of a .edu email domain with shipping to an institutional address.

Can I only pay with PayPal on your site?
No, Saelig accepts numerous forms of payment including credit cards (MC/VISA/AMEX/Discover), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Purchase Order, Certified Bank Check, and ACH or Wire Transfer.

Can I view all my past orders?
Yes, past online orders viewed by clicking the "My Orders" button on the far right of the black homepage navigation bar (just above the rotating banners).

Can I cancel my order? IF your order contains custom ordered items or quantities, you must reach our Customer Service Department prior to our placement of your order with our supplier. For standard orders of stocked items, you may cancel your order prior to our shipping deadline, usually the same business day. Orders that have already been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping cannot be cancelled.
