Ramsey STE3000M RF Test Shielded EnclosureManufacturer: Ramsey Electronics This product must be custom-ordered. Please request a quote for additional options Early in 2024 Ramsey Electronics announced wholesale changes to its lineup of RF-Shielded (Faraday) enclosures. Most of the original Ramsey part numbers now end with an M, reflecting new standard features that have been added to nearly all models.
Because Ramsey boxes almost always require options, online ordering is not enabled for any of them. Even when one of the more fully featured standard boxes is selected, we often find other options are needed once the particulars of the application are known. Because their products are almost always customized, Ramsey does not keep finished goods inventory of shielded boxes. All boxes are built to order. Lead time varies depending on the model, options and current demand. We will include the expected lead time in our quote. Saelig keeps stock of STE3000F2. We will add to that inventory as buying patterns emerge for the new standard forensic boxes.
Note: This product requires custom configuration. Please call Saelig Technical Support at 888-772-3544 to discuss available options. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. The RF Test Enclosure that started it all! How do you troubleshoot, tune, align and test a device in an RF free environment? Well, up until now you had to invest in a very expensive RF screen room. Our patented STE3000B brought that technology right down to your bench, and the cost all the way down to affordable! The STE3000B is constructed of .090 Aluminum, utilizing precision machined tolerances throughout to maintain an RF-Tight environment. The heavy-duty RF sealed cover hinges open and close with a precision air piston. Once closed, a large RF tight viewing window overlooks the entire working area within the enclosure. Hands-on troubleshooting, tuning and access to the device under test are accomplished using specially designed, silver impregnated, ultra fine mesh gloves that offer excellent manual dexterity and hands-on access to the equipment under test. The entire interior is lined with RF absorbent foam that provides 30dB insertion loss. The work area has built-in illumination via an LED light board powered by the provided RF Filtered AC Supply. All of the I/O connections and interfaces are provided within a precision machined I/O panel. This panel can be configured with your own custom connector and interface options without affecting the integrity of the enclosure itself. It also allows your enclosure to be "custom configured" from a standard stock enclosure. For you that means speedy delivery and lower costs! Simply choose your I/O\'s and options from the list provided below and your enclosure will be configured to your specification.
