SPECTRAN® V6 MIL PRO 500MA-6 Outdoor Real-Time Monitoring Receiver (AR 102/014)

The new SPECTRAN® V6 MIL 500MA-6 consists of a powerful and extremely shock-resistant outdoor laptop with a built-in real-time spectrum analyzer. It is capable of capturing and displaying a wide variety of signals in a variety of ways, enabling analysis on an unprecedented scale. For capturing ultra-short signal bursts, we recommend the SPECTRAN® V6 MIL 500MA-6 with a POI of up to 10ns.

Certified to MIL-STD-810G and IP65 standards, the laptop with the latest processor technology features 64 GB RAM and 4TB and a high-quality NVIDIA® graphics card that displays real-time measurement results on the sunlight-readable 15.6″ full-HD display. In addition, the Windows® operating system makes it possible to install all the usual programs, such as Office applications. This speeds up the work in the field, as all steps from measurement to report generation can be done immediately and with only one device.

The integrated SPECTRAN® V6 spectrum analyzer is up to any challenge. Whether simple frequency monitoring outdoors or indoors, measuring high-frequency signals or locating interfering pulses, the SPECTRAN® V6 is the ideal spectrum analyzer for fast and reliable measurements, as well as detailed analysis.

Due to the integrated vector signal generator, even verification of shielding measures or mobile real-time EMC tests are done in no time.

Storing and replaying IQ raw data or alternatively Spectra data is also part of the scope of services: with a recording duration limited only by the storage medium (4 TB, expandable up to 16 TB), the SPECTRAN® V6 MIL PRO enables the recording of real-time measurement data over a period of several hours. The “Smart Buffering” feature allows the oldest data to be automatically overwritten, guaranteeing a virtually unlimited recording time. The recorded data can be reloaded at will and replayed for deeper analysis, such as 3D spectrogram.

The modular RTSA-Suite PRO software is pre-installed and pre-configured. It has been specially developed to detect unknown signals in a wide frequency range, to display them intuitively, to analyze them in detail and thus to detect unauthorized signal transmissions if necessary.

Spectral Background Mask – removes all existing signals and creates an extremely clean spectrum view for subsequent measurement. This eliminates the need for a separate measurement chamber.

The SPECTRAN® V6 MIL is specifically designed for wideband spectrum analysis. The portable spectrum analyzer in combination with the RTSA Suite software allows to monitor a wide frequency range in real-time or to sweep the complete band from 10 MHz to 6 GHz (opt. 8 GHz) in shortest time with the super fast sweep. Even the shortest signals are reliably detected and localized with a suitable directional antenna. In this way, interferers or eavesdropping and tracking devices can be found and switched off with pinpoint accuracy.

Due to its extremely low POI, the SPECTRAN® V6 MIL is ideally suited for detecting hidden microphones, bugs or other surveillance devices. This enables security organizations to reliably detect and eliminate them. It is also possible to configure an alarm that is triggered when conspicuous signals appear, for example, in the frequency ranges of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, WLAN 2.4 or WLAN 5. It is also possible to continue recording signals inconspicuously with the display closed and to emit a warning tone via the audio output (or the loudspeakers) if one of the automatic triggers has been triggered. Long-term storage of I/Q raw data is also easily possible with the optional hard disk expansion. In addition, there is the option of audio demodulation if radio communications are to be monitored.

The SPECTRAN® V6 MIL has been independently tested and certified to MIL-STD-810G and IP65. The high quality alloy housing is specifically designed to make the analyzer shock, vibration and drop resistant. In addition to this, the system is sealed to provide complete protection against dust and moisture. This allows the spectrum analyzer to be used in the most difficult operations, such as in the desert, in the jungle, or even in the polar region. The SPECTRAN® V6 MIL is fully usable at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C.

The V6 MIL is not only a powerful spectrum analyzer, but also a well-equipped laptop. The system can be used as a normal Windows computer. What this means for you is that there is no need for an additional laptop/notebook/tablet, etc., when other computer-related tasks need to be done on site.

The V6 MIL comes with pre-installed RTSA-Suite PRO software. This is one of the most powerful and versatile spectrum analysis software solutions on the market. The RTSA-Suite PRO allows signals to be displayed and analyzed in real-time in a wide variety of ways. The software is constantly being developed and new features added.
