The Rigol DSG836 RF Signal Generator covers output frequencies from 9kHz to 3.6GHz. This easy-to-operate instrument provides superb signal stability with maximum output power to +20dBm and low SSB phase noise (-112dBc/Hz), amplitude accuracy of +/- 0.5dB, and frequency resolution of 0.01Hz at any frequency.
