Siglent’s ISFE (Isolated Signal Front End) is designed to measure high voltages safely with any digital oscilloscope. It is suitable for SIGLENT’s full range of oscilloscope products. It is powered from a USB port 5V power supply from the oscilloscope or other USB source. The maximum input voltage range is up to ± 600Vpp. The ISFE is an invaluable addition to any oscilloscope in situations where measurements are to be made with different ground references, or on floating systems where a ground connection through the oscilloscope is undesirable. A typical application is one probe measuring CAT II mains voltage across live and neutral, the other probe measuring a low voltage DC signal in a system powered by line voltage. Using an ISFE means that you are not restricted to measurements referenced to ground. |
