Second Shielding Layer for EMIE Enclosures (10-10EMIE-Option 2L)

This option adds a second shielding layer to a 10X10EMIE.  The second shielding layer can be the same as the first, or it can be a different material which provides better attenuation in a different frequency range than the standard material.

Adding a second layer of the same shielding material does provide more attenuation in the target frequency range, but it does not come near to doubling the attenuation.  An improvement of 15-30% is typical.

Adding a second layer of shielding material which targets a different frequency range than the first can provide effective shielding over a much wider frequency range.
