Built as a double Eurocard (6U) form-factor board, VDEV-IO has a built-in VMEbus interface (A24/16:D16 VMEbus slave interface).Offering full interrupt capabilities, VDEV-IO can be set to decode 8 address ranges by precoding a vector register by jumper-selection. In addition to the decoding/interface circuitry, there is a large pre-drilled 0.1? matrix area for custom electronics, as well as 8 user-definable LEDs - mounted on the front panel " for easy use as systemstatus indicators. Software drivers for VDEV-IO include most common operating systems.
