The KDE485 is a C user-programmable protocol converter with many features aimed at modern factory automation and other professional and industrial applications. It offers 2xRS232 RS422 2wRS485 serial ports and extensive connectivity features via Ethernet (TCP/IP), USB (VCP/CDC, MSC), optional ARINC429, and an optional isolated 16-bit sensor interface supporting PT100, PT1000, thermocouple and other sensors. Custom software development is supported via a powerful license-free STM Cube IDE development environment which is preconfigured to minimise the learning curve.
