The latest generation of mini loggers, the ML-N4000, is an inexpensive and compact automotive data logger that has 6 freely configurable interfaces. The XORAYA ML-N4000 is a compact and inexpensive automotive data logger, which makes it possible to record different vehicle bus systems at the same time. Compared to its predecessor ( XORAYA ML-Z7 ) it has a much more powerful hardware, whereby data can be recorded with up to 3 Gbit / s. The measurement data is either written to the internal hard drive with a precise, central time stamp with a resolution of 100 ns or transferred to an external computer system via the Ethernet interface. Optionally, the data can also be saved on an external storage unit . A built-in supercap unit protects against data loss in the event of voltage fluctuations. The data logger has 6x slots for individual interface configuration of the device. The following bus systems are currently supported by the XORAYA ML-N4000: In addition, CCP / XCP and a camera interface can be added. The support of further bus systems and extensions is also possible on request. Customized Adjustments The modular design of the XORAYA ML-N4000 enables numerous customer-specific adaptations. For example, the device can be assembled or retrofitted according to customer requirements. This means that the data logger can be quickly and efficiently adapted to changing conditions and can continuously grow with your projects. Interfaces 6x slots for plug-in cards allow flexible configuration of the ML-N4000 data logger depending on customer requirements. Out of the box, 2x different interface configurations are supported. Performance The built-in Xilinx FPGA including RAM can also be exchanged for a more powerful FPGA module. In addition, the internal memory can be expanded from 120 GB to up to 1 TB SSD.< Software Software adjustments are also possible on customer request. In particular, additional export formats can also be implemented depending on the requirements. Installation Various customer-specific solutions are offered, from customer-specific cable sets and corresponding installation racks to complete installation in test vehicles.
The interface configuration of the data logger can be put together individually using module cards:
The following interface configurations are currently supported out of the box :
