An industrial panel PC for high demands In harsh industrial environments with high levels of steam or dust, in damp rooms or wherever hygiene is a top priority, such as in the food and medical industries, very special requirements are placed on hardware. The stainless steel industrial panel PC Rocksmart RSC1018 combines perfect hygiene with rugged protection against external influences. It is suitable for the control of machines (HMI), visualization of processes, parts lists or drawings as well as the collection of data (BDE, MDE, PZE) and much more. The rugged, completely enclosed and easy-to-clean housing meets all strict hygienic requirements (e.g. DIN EN 1672-2). It is made of particularly high-quality, stainless 1.4401 (V4A) steel, which is not only corrosion-resistant and germ-resistant, but also does not interact with other materials, such as chemicals, acids or cleaning agents. The Rocksmart RSC1018 Panel PC scores with an ultra-slim housing of less than 7 cm depth, flat front and elegant design with rounded corners. This eliminates the need for an associated control cabinet and facilitates cleaning. Powerful 11th generation Intel® processors with long-term availability Leading processor performance and modern architecture paired with long-term availability are combined in one housing with the Rocksmart RSC1018. There is a choice of two performance classes with an energy-efficient yet fast Intel® Celeron Quad-Core processor or alternatively a powerful Intel® Core i5 processor for the highest performance requirements. With up to 32 GB of RAM, smooth work is guaranteed at all times, even with more complex processes. Up to 1 TB SSD storage offers enough space for apps, images and documentation that you need for your work. For powerful performance, the Intel® Iris® Xe graphics processor allows you to connect up to two external monitors if the ports are configured accordingly. To ensure the highest possible level of integration into your environment, the industrial computer can be operated with Windows 10, Windows 11 as well as Ubuntu Linux. IP69k protection class: Nothing can harm this industrial computer It doesn’t get more rugged than this: WEROCK stainless steel industrial PCs of the Rocksmart RSC1000 series are rugged, fanless and manufactured in a completely enclosed industrial design according to protection class IP69K. They can withstand the most extreme conditions, such as high-pressure cleaning. Thanks to the special material, the housing can also be cleaned with very aggressive cleaning agents. The very smooth surface makes cleaning particularly easy. A panel PC for all industrial applications in continuous operation Ideally suited for use in industrial environments, the Rocksmart RSC1018 all-in-one industrial computer can be configured with all kinds of options and is suitable for continuous use. It offers numerous options on the connection side, with two USB ports, an RS232 port and a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port serving as the basic configuration. Optionally, devices of the series can also be supplemented with innovative features such as edge AI processor, industrial communication, 9 – 36 volt DC voltage input, built-in speaker, or RFID/NFC. Special heat dissipaters ensure effective cooling for the fanless PC and thus unrestricted computer performance at up to +60° C maximum ambient temperature. Even extremely cold temperatures down to -30°C are possible on a project basis. Rugged 18.5" multi-touch display with glove mode Successful digitization requires fast, flexible and efficient production capabilities. For this, information must be available at the right time and in the right place. The central element of the Rocksmart RSC1018 is its brilliant 18.5″ display with high contrast, 178° viewing angle from both axes and long lifetime of up to 50,000 hours of operation. For an optimal user experience, the display can be delivered with up to 1,000 nits brightness. This keeps your panel PC readable even in very bright environments and direct sunlight. Glove operability is also unique, even under extreme operating conditions. Easy and intuitive operation is ensured by the rugged multi-touch screen with state-of-the-art technology. Special attention was paid to operator ergonomics during development. The new PCAP touchscreen offers gesture control like on a smartphone or tablet, which can be operated with bare fingers but also with gloves. Optional optical bonding further increases impact resistance and ensures even better color brilliance of the display. Rocksmart RSC1018 - Built for you Customize the Rocksmart RSC1018 perfectly to your needs.
