    The SAM-60 M3 from HAROGIC Technologies is a Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer with a frequency range from 9 kHz to 6.3 GHz. It has an analysis bandwidth of up to 100 MHz with a spectrum sweep speed of 300 GHz/sec and utilizes FPGA signal processing. This spectrum analyzer is equipped with a preamplifier to achieve a Display Average Noise Level (DANL) of -166.6 dBm/Hz (at 1 GHz) and has an SSB phase noise of -134.1 dBc/Hz (at 1 MHz offset, 500 MHz carrier frequency). It has options for an integrated analog signal generator (from 100 kHz to 6.3 GHz) and OCXO. This spectrum analyzer requires a DC supply of 5 V (via USB) and consumes less than 10 W of power.

    The SAM-60 M3 has USB 3.0/2.0 Type-C interfaces and highly compatible API interfaces and a SAStudio4 GUI. It is compatible with ARM and x86 processors, Linux and Windows operating systems. This real-time spectrum analyzer is available in a compact housing that measures 156 x 62 x 22 mm with SMA-female RF connectors.
