Teledyne LeCroy T3DMM6-5 6.5 Digit RMS Digital Multimeter w/built in Scanner

The Teledyne Test Tools T3DMM6-5-SC is a 6½ digit (2,200,000 count) digital multimeter with a built-in 16-channel signal multiplexer.  The scanner features 12 multi-purpose + 4 current channels and supports these measurements: DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, 2WR, 4WR, CAP, FREQ, DIODE, CONT and TEMP (RTD and Thermocouple).

The T3DMM6-5-SC’s high sensitivity ranges give greater accuracy of small signal measurements and its multichannel capabilities are vital for many of today’s precision production measurement needs. A large 4.3” dual-display can be configured with its easy to use interface to show data in a traditional Number mode, but also data histograms, Data fluctuation Trends, Bar Graph, Statistics. The T3DMM6-5-SC takes highly accurate True RMS AC Voltage and Current measurements, so there is no loss of accuracy even when measuring complex voltage and current waveforms.  Making measurements at up to 150 readings/sec, this bench-top tool has a built-in 1GB memory for storing configuration and data files. The design includes cold-terminal compensation making accurate temperature measurements with thermocouples. USB & LAN interfaces support remote control via the common SCPI command set.
