FMOD-TCP Box - Ethernet to RS232 I/O A/D and I2C Converter

    FMOD-TCP Box - Ethernet to RS232 I/O A/D and I2C Converter

    Manufacturer: Fiveco

This product has been superseded by the FMOD-TCP Box 2.

NOTE:  There is a two week lead time for this product.

This TCP/IP server board allows manufacturers and system integrators connect their different devices such as home appliances and industrial control systems directly to the Ethernet network, and remotely monitor & control them with standard TCP-IP protocols.

Its standard DIN rail compatible box allows an easy integration inside existing systems.

From the DEVICE side you have at your disposal:

    RS232 1
    I2C 1
    Digital 24V outputs 14
    50V relays 2
    12V analog or 24V digital inputs 16

From the COMMUNICATION side the transmission layers manage the ICMP (ping), UDP, TCP and HTTP protocols in order to send the data to the dedicated application layer. Therefore, the TCP server is multiports.

A dedicated Win32 software and a sample Java Applet (with source code) are available.
