    Samples are essentially pulled over the COM port. With the unit firmly affixed to a surface there is still a lot of variation or noise in the samples [+/- up to 5 degrees in a second back and forth hovering around the true reading]. Basically you have to "smooth" the data collected. For the same money you can get a better board than this one.
