DG-100 GPS Data Logger

The DG-100 provides accurate satellite position tracking capabilities. The Globalsat DG100 is a travel recorder that allows you to record exactly where you or anyone else has traveled via GPS. Eg. you can see the route they made either by foot or in a vehicle, and how long they were there for in that location. GlobalSat DG-100 is a GPS data logger that records tracking data from the received GPS signal. The DG 100 records time, the date, traveling speed, altitude and GPS location at preset intervals. All you need to do is download the recorded GPS track log information by connecting the DG-100 via its own USB cable to your PC or laptop (Windows only). Then users can easily export the recorded points using Globalsync v 2.0 to view on Google Earth or Google Maps the route traveled.. If photos have been taken with your digital camera.   THE DG-100 WORKS WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONAL SOFTWARE:   WARNING  - Whenever attempting to geotag photos with any GPS datalogger, the camera must be set to the correct time date or the pictures cannot be synchronized.

Immageo lets you record and explore your memories. Immageo is an excellent way to display your photo collection. Its more than an album organizer, it embeds map locations and notes into your photos creating dynamic map galleries.   Immageo is an easy to use geotagging application, by importing your photos into Immageo, you can immediately start locating each photo using the integrated global map or satellite imagery. Once located and confirmed, the GPS coordinates are embedded within the photo. This is what we call geotagging. Immageo allows you to either manually geo-tag your images or automatically geotag thousands of photos with the longitude and latitude coordinates for each each photo, allowing them to be linked via Google Earth or Google Maps.

With the free locr PC software, you are able to geotag photos automatically and simultaneously. Use  the recorded DG-100 GPS data and the locr GPS Photo for Windows software. Start shooing photos with your digital camera as your DG-100 records GPS data as you walk, hike, bike to the location of your photos.  Back home, simply copy the GPS data and the photo files into the locr GPS Photo for Windows software and see your photos at the location taken on the presented map.
